Fast food is more and more popular every day. In the United States 12.000 people have a hamburger every minute. But a fast food diet is not a good diet. ‘ Good diets are difficult! ‘ people say. This is not true. Here is a list of simple things to do :
• Eat three meals a day. Don’t forget breakfast – it’s very important because it gives you the energy for the day.
• When you are hungry between meals, have a carrot or an apple. They are healthier than crisps or biscuits.
• Drink water – six glasses a day. Don’t always drink coke or lemonade.
• Eat more brown bread. It’s better than white bread.
• Don’t have sweets and fast food everyday.
• Don’t eat because you are bored or sad.
• Have two pieces of fruit and two portions of vegetables every day.
